Can you lose weight when you eat???
In this fast growing world with so much emphasis on losing weight and looking stunningly slim, model like and dazzling; being able to fit into all your old clothes, we often are paranoid to even have a regular meal. I was amongst the most of you who used to bing into something simple because its irresistibly tempting and then go on hunger strike. Welll... the good news now is, there are foods that you can eat anytime and every time and still lose weight.
There is actually nothing like the negative calorie food, as every food carries with it a certain amount of calorie. However, certain foods use more calories to digest than what they contain, thus making them as negative calorie foods.. In short, if you eat a negative calorie food which has 100 calorie and your body uses 110 calories to digest the same,you actually are losing 10 calories by just eating. Now isn't that amazing!!!!
